By accessing or using Coin2Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Coin2Cloud is an automated trading tool that executes Rise/Fall contracts on the Deriv platform on your behalf. The service includes strategy configuration, trade execution, performance tracking, and backtesting.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a valid Deriv trading account
• You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding online trading
• Trading may not be available in all jurisdictions

You are solely responsible for your Deriv account, your bot configuration, and any trades executed. You must set appropriate risk limits (stop-loss, max stake) according to your financial situation.

Coin2Cloud is a technology platform. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profit. All trading decisions are made by the automated system based on your configuration.

Trading binary options and synthetic indices carries significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Coin2Cloud is not liable for any losses incurred from trading, system downtime, API errors, market conditions, or incorrect bot behavior. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the trading strategies
• Sharing your account access with unauthorized parties
• Using automated tools to abuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.
