Absolutely. We use OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for authentication. We never see or store your Deriv password. Your trading token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. We only request trade-scoped permissions — never admin access.

Synthetic indices are simulated markets created by Deriv. They run 24/7 with constant volatility and are not affected by real-world events. Examples: Volatility 10 (R_10), Volatility 25 (R_25), Volatility 50 (R_50).

Martingale is a stake-recovery strategy that increases stake after a loss to recover previous losses on the next win. Coin2Cloud uses an adaptive version with a hard cap (max 4 levels), then resets. Combined with daily stop-loss, your risk exposure is always bounded.

Trading always carries risk. The bot includes stop-loss protection that halts trading when your daily loss limit is reached. We recommend setting a conservative stop-loss and never trading with money you cannot afford to lose.
